Francis Padron is an Attorney at Virguez Law where he represents clients in the areas of Personal Injury, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Negligent Security, Nursing Home Negligence, Products Liability, Wrongful Death, Catastrophic Injuries, and Worker’s Compensation claims. He also has experience in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation and Hospital Billing litigation. Attorney Padron is very proud to help guide his injured clients through the legal process; he has settled, mediated and litigated thousands of injury cases resulting in millions of dollars in settlements for his clients.
Attorney Padron is a Miami, FL native who was raised in Madrid, Spain and as such is able to communicate complex legal matters fluently with his Spanish speaking clients. Attorney Padron graduated Cum Laude from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in History and afterwards attended the University of Miami Law – School of Law. Furthermore, he is a licensed attorney in both the States of Georgia and Florida and has experience practicing in both jurisdictions. Mr. Padron is also a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, an organization dedicated to the pursuit of justice for injured clients.
