Vicarious liability: what does it mean and why is important?Attorney Padron from Virguez Law tells us everything we need to know about this type of liability.
Vicarious liability means that someone can be held accountable for the actions of another person. Is Domino’s Pizza responsible for Tom’s actions? Find out more when you watch the entire video.
What is a hospital lien? Attorney Padron explainsGeorgia Law gives a hospital ability to file a lien on the settlement amount of whatever your case is worth. The attorneys can’t disburse that money until all providers are paid. If you don’t have health insurance, hospitals can charge all they want. At Virguez Law we negotiate hospital bills all the time as we have a lot of experience advocating on behalf of our clients.

Medical treatment after a car accident and Statute of Limitations in GAThe question we hear the most from clients is how long medical treatment should last after a car accident. Our attorney Padron from Virguez Law explains:
It depends on your injury. Some people can suffer very serious injuries and the treatment can last a long time. Our job along with the doctors’ job is to recognize what possible injuries occurred after an accident. Did you hit your head against the steering wheel? Is it a soft tissue case? Did you get a herniation and need injections, surgery? In Georgia, the statute of limitations is 2 years. Treatment could take longer than 2 years, but it’s not typical. Learn more about this subject by watching this video in its entirety.
