Heydsha Cruz

Heydsha Cruz is the Office Manager at Virguez Law, where she oversees daily operations, supervises the Reception and Immigration Intake departments, and ensures every client receives exceptional service from their very first interaction. With a strong focus on leadership and efficiency, Heydsha plays a key role in making sure the entire office runs smoothly and that each team member is aligned with the firm’s standards of excellence.

Originally from Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Heydsha brings over a decade of experience in customer service and administration. She began her career as an Auxiliary Secretary at the Family and Juvenile Court in Puerto Rico, where she worked directly with judges handling legal documents, receiving motions, and supporting cases involving divorce, child support, and child welfare.

Heydsha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. After moving to Georgia in 2017, she joined Virguez Law in 2018 as a Receptionist. Over the years, she has held several positions within the firm, including Legal Assistant for the immigration department and Case Closer for the personal injury department, demonstrating her versatility and commitment.

Since stepping into her role as Office Manager in 2022, Heydsha has been instrumental in the firm’s growth. She leads with integrity and care, supervising the immigration intake process to ensure every client is well-supported and satisfied with their experience. Her dedication to client service and operational excellence continues to make her an invaluable part of the Virguez Law team.
