Vince de la Cruz graduated from Florida International University (Miami, FL) with a degree in Public Administration and earned his JD from Arizona State University. Vince’s educational foundation reflects his dedication to both law and business. With an additional Master of Business Administration from St. Thomas University (Miami Gardens, FL), his expertise spans beyond the legal realm. He is an experienced professional with a diverse background that has shaped his legal journey.

Vince de la Cruz holds a Bachelor of Public Administration from Florida International University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Thomas University.  He received his law degree from Arizona State University.  Prior to moving to Atlanta he practiced law in Miami, Florida and Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Mr. de la Cruz has litigation experience in a wide range of settings including federal multidistrict litigation, state courts, EEOC and MSPB matters.  His experience in arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations includes serving as a pro bono facilitator for the Second Judicial District Court of New Mexico.  He has represented clients in personal injury cases including auto accidents, trucking accidents, premise liability and wrongful death for over 22 years.  Mr. de la Cruz is fluent in Spanish.
