Mr. de la Cruz has litigation experience in a wide range of settings including federal multidistrict litigation, state courts, EEOC and MSPB matters. His experience in arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations includes serving as a pro bono facilitator for the Second Judicial District Court of New Mexico. He has represented clients in personal injury cases including auto accidents, trucking accidents, premise liability and wrongful death for over 22 years. Mr. de la Cruz is fluent in Spanish.
