With a background in customer service starting at the age of 17, Rosalinda has always been committed to helping people navigate difficult situations. In January 2016, she began working as a case manager at another firm and completed her Paralegal Certificate in 2017, marking a turning point in her legal career.
She joined Virguez Law in August 2019 in the records department and, through dedication and hard work, steadily rose through the ranks. Today, she plays a vital role in ensuring that the Personal Injury department operates smoothly and that clients remain the top priority.
Known for taking on challenging cases that other firms often avoid, Rosalinda thrives on showing clients that her team is different—that they truly care and are willing to fight for those who need it most. All personal injury cases go through her for assignment and review, including decisions related to case withdrawal. She communicates daily with adjusters, clients, medical providers, and partner firms, managing every case with professionalism and compassion.
